Burnt Garlic Lemon Chilli Maggi
Recipe by @robinrawat_ · View the original reel on Instagram · Serves 2
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp garlic, finely chopped
- 1 green chilli, chopped (1–2)
- 1½ tbsp oil
- Salt, as needed
- ½ tsp red chilli powder
- 1 pinch turmeric
- 2 Maggi packs, with masala sachets
- ½ lemon
Steps
- Heat the oil and add the garlic. Cook on medium heat until the garlic turns deep golden and slightly burnt; this is where all the flavour comes from.
- Add the green chilli, red chilli powder, turmeric, salt and Maggi masala. Sauté for a few seconds.
- Add the boiled noodles and toss everything well on high heat so the masala coats the noodles.
- Turn off the heat, squeeze in fresh lemon juice and give it one final toss.
